Deciding you need a lawyer is an important decision.
Sometimes parents need help in navigating the school system. They are exhausted and overwhelmed. Education is important to them and they do not want to wait too long to get assistance because their children may lose meaningful educational growth and fall further and further behind.
If they are gifted, they may lose out on enriching educational opportunities that are not available in their general education classroom. If their child was unfairly disciplined their child may be removed from their home school without having received the school support they needed. The effective practice of educational law requires a knowledge of education, psychology as well as the law.
Rochelle Marcus is uniquely positioned to seek results in your case.
